Warren Robert Morrison, 88

There will be funeral services on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Green Haven Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3495 Canfield-Niles Road, Canfield, for Warren Robert Morrison, 88, formerly of Oregon Trail, Boardman, who died Monday, September 12, 2016 with his family by his side.

Robert was born March 22, 1928, in Youngstown, the son of the late William H. and Erma E. (Black) Morrison.

He graduated from South High School.

Robert was a Tool and Die Maker for Automatic Sprinkler and was the owner of I-Dee-X, Inc. in Boardman.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, the former Vera L. Snyder, whom he married on March 16, 1947; his daughter Alayne C. Ridarsky of New Middletown; two granddaughters, Christine (Patrick) Rausch of Rochester, New York, Lorraine (Roy) Wonner of New Waterford and five great grandchildren, Trey, Collin, Bailey, Adelyn and Zachary.

Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister Erma A. Mitchell.

There are no callings hours.

Arrangements are being handled by Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home.
