Ruth Marie McMurray Austintown: There will be memorial services on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Halls West Congregation, 550 North Four Mile Run Road, Austintown, for Ruth Marie McMurray, 86, formerly of Struthers Road, New Middletown, who died Wednesday evening, September 11, 2013 at Briarfield Manor. Ruth was born April 14, 1927 in Leetonia, Ohio the daughter of the late Leonard and Naomi (Harold) Stratton. She moved to the Youngstown area in the 1950's and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, New Springfield Congregation. Her husband of 51years, Kenneth E. McMurray, whom she married August 29, 1955 died March 2, 2007. Ruth is survived by three children; Wilbur "Sonny" (Charlene) Stokes of New Middletown, Kathleen E. (Harry) Cracraft of Hubbard and Keith E. (Christine) McMurray of Warren, 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Ruth was preceded in death by a brother Harold Stratton and a sister Jane Eicher.
