Richard F. Flickinger, 51 Youngstown: Private funeral services were held for Richard F. Flickinger, 51, who died suddenly on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center, Emergency Room. Richard was born October 15, 1963 in Youngstown, the son of the late Charles and Betty J. (Ross) Flickinger. He graduated from Austintown Fitch High School and was a lifelong area resident. Richard enjoyed working on automobiles and lawnmowers and caring for his two dogs. He is survived by his parents who raised him, Andrew and Edith Smeltzer of Youngstown, four daughters, Lucretia Flickinger, Maragaret Flickinger, both of Youngstown, Martha Flickinger of Campbell and Belinda Smeltzer of Youngstown; two sisters, Frances Deem and Priscilla Witt, both of Campbell; two brothers, Charles (Kathy) Flickinger of Youngstown and George Flickinger of Campbell.
