Raymond L. Morrow, Jr. Youngstown: There will be funeral services on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street, Boardman for Raymond Lee Morrow Jr., 83 who died Monday morning, August 26, 2013 at Autumn Hills Care Center. Raymond was born May 31, 1930 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Raymond Lee and Sarah (Coleman) Morrow, Sr. He moved to Youngstown area as a young man. Raymond was an Army veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. He worked for Youngstown Sheet & Tube Brier Hill Works Blast Furnace Plant for 32 years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church. Raymond is survived by his wife of 60 years, the former Eleanor Dolores Hatt , whom he married on November 7, 1952, a son George W. (Holly) Morrow of Warren, and a daughter Beverly A (David "Turk") Miller of Hartford; two brothers William (Erika) Morrow of Olympia, Washington and Samuel (Beverly) Morrow of Greenville, South Carolina. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Boardman and one hour prior the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
