Norma Jean Larsick, 76 Boardman: There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at Thompson~Filicky Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street, Boardman for Norma Jean Larsick 76, who passed away Monday evening, May 18, 2015 at Valley Care Northside Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Norma was born February 19, 1939 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Vincent and Elisa (Ruscitti) Arquilla. She was a graduate of East High School in 1956. Norma received an Associate Arts Degree in 1980 and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in 1982, both from Youngstown State University. Norma was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Youngstown. She worked at Northside Medical Center for over forty years, working in several departments at the hospital before she became the manager for the Tumor Registry Department, retiring in August of 2004. She is survived by her three children, Lisa J. (Bob) Kinsley of Boardman, Twin sons, Harry F. (Lynn) Larsick of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Paul V. Larsick of Seattle, Washington; two brothers, Albert R. (Anne) Arquilla of Girard, Vincent (Adeline) Arquilla of Poland; four grandchildren, Michael Collins of Boardman, Alex Larsick, Victoria Larsick and Nolan Larsick all of North Ridgeville, Ohio. Besides her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Paul R. Larsick whom she married on October 4, 1958 and who died July 16, 2006; two brothers, Joseph (Margaret) Arquilla and Anthony (Delores) Arquilla. Norma and her husband enjoyed traveling to many exotic areas of the world. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Friday, May 22, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Thompson~Filicky Funeral Home, with memorial service to follow at 7:30 p.m. The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to Youngstown State Foundation, 606 Wick Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 in memory of Norma.
