She was born Margaret Rebecca Vetter on July 27, 1918 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Albert and Ruth (Needler) Vetter.

Since fall of 2009, Margaret made her home at Sterling House in Cape Coral, Florida.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. Her gentle care and love for family and friends taught them a lot about love and commitment.
