Youngstown: Kenneth J. Johnson, 31 passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

He was born on December 28, 1984 in Youngstown, the son of Kenneth J. and Terri A. (Bisso) Johnson, Sr.

Ken graduated from Chaney High School in 2003 and Choffin Career & Technical Center with a diploma in Phlebotomy.

He worked for Northside Medical Center for 10 years, before going to Vibra Hospital of Mahoning Valley.

Ken enjoyed fishing, especially the fishing trips with his Dad. He enjoyed sports and cheered for his favorite teams, Michigan, the Dallas Cowboys and the Cleveland Indians.

He loved being a Dad and spending time with his wife, children and his family.

Ken is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife, the former Shannon M. Galbraith whom he married on June 7, 2006; his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Terri A. Johnson; his children, Brooke Taylor Ann Johnson and Liam Thomas Johnson; his brother and best friend Brian M. Johnson; his mother-in-law, Anna M. (Bill Frost) Gailbraith; his grandparents, Jack "Pop" Bisso, Auguste and Roslyn Johnson; several aunts and uncles; two cousins and several nieces & nephews, Blade Barnes, Kaycie Barnes, Jacob Barnes, Rhianna Robertsonand Dezarae Robertson.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Roseanne "Nanny" Bisso and father-in-law, Thomas E. Galbraith.

Private graveside services will be held for Ken at Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
