H. Irene Malone

Boardman: Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street, Boardman for Irene H. Malone, 86 who passed away Wednesday morning, August 1, 2012 at Valley Renaissance Health Care Center formerly of Diana Drive, Poland.

She was born July 17, 1926 in Pittsburgh, Pa the daughter of the late Keller Cline and Agnes (Phillips) Cline.

Irene graduated from South High School in 1944 and she was a homemaker. She was a member of Boardman Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children; Thomas G. (Frances) Malone of Boardman, Jeffrey A .(Janice Morgan) Malone of Fairfield, OH, Cathy A. (Jim) Patterson of Boardman and Patricia I. Morgan of Virginia Beach, VA; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a brother Bobby Cline of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Besides her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Calvin J. Malone whom she married on February 23, 1946, died on November 13, 1993, three brothers Cliff, Bud, and Carrol, and two sisters Alice and Ruth.

Family and Friends may call on Friday, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on August 3, 2012 at Thompson Funeral Home one hour prior the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
