Frank J. Barill, 83

Youngstown:  Frank J. Barill, 83, died on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Saint Elizabeth Health Center.

Frank was born October 25, 1933 in Star City, West Virginia, the son of the late John and Mary Rose Barill.

He was a steelworker at Youngstown Sheet & Tube in Youngstown, retiring in 1970.

Frank is survived by his wife of 24 years, the former Loretta Marie Painter, whom he married on June 3, 1993, four children, Cindy Croyal of Youngstown, Debbie (Jerry) Riggle of Youngstown, Mark (Gloria) Barill of Cleveland, and Carol Ann Barill of Mentor; four step-children, Charles (Margie) Boots of Pottsville, Pa., Deborah Downs of New Castle and Marc Boots of New Castle; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Besides his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a step-son, Arthur Boots, four brothers, Tony Barill, Joe Barill, Sammy Barill, amd Johnny Barill; and five sisters, Katie Smerdell, Isabelle Huff, Jenny Molz, Mary Gallon and Frances Barill.

Per Frank's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
