Dorothy A. Uhran, 95 Dorothy A. Uhran, 95, formerly of Boardman who passed away Wednesday, evening, February 10, 2016 at Brookdale Cornersburg. Dorothy was born July 8, 1920, the daughter of the late Elmer and Elizabeth Beatty. She graduated from South High School in 1939 and was a lifelong area resident. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, where she attended as a child. Dorothy is survived by two nephews, Joseph Beatty of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Thomas (Cassandra) Beatty of Poland; and several great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, George E. Uhran, whom she married on June 26, 1947, died May 12, 1999; three sisters, Sara Reynolds, Frances Krimmer and Anna Beatty; four brothers, John Beatty, Andrew Beatty, David Beatty and George Beatty;and niece-in-law Josephine Beatty.
