Darlene J. Beck-Randall, 66 Austintown: There will be funeral services on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 12 noon at Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street, Boardman for Darlene Jayne Beck-Randall, 66 who passed away Monday evening, August 25, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. Darlene, who was known as "Dink" was born September 26, 1947 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late William C. and Jennie E. (Baumgartner) Stitzel. She lived in the Youngstown area her entire life and was a homemaker. Darlene is survived by two children; Kathleen J. (Joseph) Haynes of North Lima and Charles G. Beck of Columbus, Ohio, two brothers; Carl Stitzel of Davie, Florida and William (Marge) Stitzel of Youngstown, three grandchildren; Brittany Haynes, Ryan Haynes and Evan Bell. Family and friends may call on Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 10 a.m. till 12 noon at Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home, Boardman, with funeral service to follow. The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to The American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad Street, Canfield, Ohio 44406 in memory of Darlene. Darlene loved spending time with her family, traveling with them and attending family events, especially her grandchildren school and sporting activities. Darlene will be deeply missed by her family and everyone who knew her.
