Krotky, 48, who passed away suddenly from an car accident on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Daniel was born July 16, 1967 in Youngstown. He is survived by his mother, Janice M. Krotky of Boardman, his father, Thomas J. Krotky of Campbell; a son Daniel S. Krotky, Jr and a daughter Amanda Krotky, both of Canfield; a sister Sharon (Vincent) Samulle of Clevealnd; two brothers, Thomas J.
