Arthur Oakley, Jr.

Youngstown:  Arthur Oakley, Jr, 80, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Saint Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Arthur was born August 26, 1936 in Youngstown, the son of the late Arthur and Jessie Oakley, Sr.

He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Arthur served in the Army during the Vietnam War.  He was an Accountant for several accounting firms in the Youngstown area.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Elpha M. Oakley of Youngstown.

Besides his parents, Arthur was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Oakley.
